What to do

1. Select the item in the Editor and check its reference name.
2. Fill in names and descriptions in the enabled languages, completing all required content.
3. Enter the price in the required unit and check type associations.
4. Save and check the text, availability and price in the public configurator.

Names

Models, connectors and covers can have visible names for each enabled content language. The technical name remains the internal reference, while translated labels are shown to the customer.

Descriptions

Descriptions can be completed in the enabled languages and are shown according to the language used by the configurator.

Prices

Enter the required prices for models, connectors, covers and assembly work. The way each price is applied depends on the item and configurator.

Standard and silver soldering are optional and are configured separately for each cable type. Enter a price greater than zero to make an option available; leave the price blank or at zero to hide it. If both prices are blank or zero, the soldering section does not appear in the configurator. No dashboard switch is needed.

Customers can continue without choosing soldering, even when only one option is available. Nothing is selected automatically. Clicking the selected option again clears the selection. Only the chosen soldering is added to the total and shown in the summary.

Associations

Associate each model with the types where it should be available. In configurators that require it, also associate connectors with compatible types.
