AI Assistant
AI adds assistance around the configurator without replacing the rules that keep every configuration valid.

What to do
- Open AI Assistant from the side menu and turn on the main AI switch.
- Enable the individual configurators where you want the assistant to appear, choosing from those available to your account.
- Save and open one of those configurators on your website.
- Select a model and ask about its available options; also check a configurator where you left AI disabled.
The role of AI
The AI Assistant helps customers understand available options and the current configuration. The client configurator JSON remains the binding source for products, models, connectors, prices and available options.
Language
The AI Assistant does not impose a specific language. Every user can write freely in the language they prefer and can switch language during the conversation.
No dedicated language setting is required to use AI.
Current configurator state
The assistant can receive the context of selections already made, including type, model, cover, connectors, length and soldering. This helps it avoid asking again for information that is already selected.
Chat memory
The interface stores up to 40 recent messages locally in the browser. Stored conversation history expires after 24 hours and is separated by client, configurator and chat context.
AI operations
One question and its generated answer count as one AI operation. Included operations depend on the plan; additional operation packs do not expire until used.
